MEET OLYMPIA

Helping People Unlearn Obsession, Rewrite Their Stories, and Build Love That Feels Grounded, Conscious, and True

Like many of my clients, I didn’t grow up with a clear example of healthy love. After my parents’ divorce, I turned to novels and poetry, searching for role models in the pages of Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights, and Anna Karenina

Those stories gave me a vision of romance that was intense, dramatic, and all-consuming. For years, I carried those ideals into my own relationships…and found myself repeating painful patterns.

Maybe you’ve been there too—mistaking intensity for intimacy, clinging to hope that this time it will be different, or wondering why you keep falling for the same type of person.

Now, I help people release the pull of toxic love, rebuild inner safety, and create relationships that feel steady, mutual, and alive.

You’d think that somewhere between the undergraduate degree, the master’s degree, two master’s degrees, maybe even a PhD… someone would have taught us one of the most important life skills we will ever need: how to choose a compatible partner.

After all, Carl Jung himself believed that one of the most consequential decisions we make in life is who we choose to love — because our intimate relationships shape nearly every aspect of our psychological wellbeing, identity, and future.

But instead, most of us are left learning about love through heartbreak, repetition, confusion, and trial and error.

No one teaches us how to distinguish chemistry from compatibility. No one teaches us how to recognize when attraction is actually being driven by attachment wounds. No one teaches us what healthy love looks like when so many of us never saw it modeled in the first place.

Which is probably why so many intelligent, self-aware people continue finding themselves in relationships that leave them anxious, obsessive, emotionally depleted, and wondering why love feels so much harder than it should.

Because for many of us — we grew up in environments shaped by divorce, inconsistency, emotional unavailability, or relational dynamics that never gave us a blueprint for what secure, healthy love actually looks like.

And as much as I’d love to tell you that therapy, self-awareness, or simply “healing yourself” automatically teaches you how to choose differently… that is rarely how it works.

Because insight alone does not teach the skill of recognizing healthy love.

It wasn’t until I realized that what so many people are missing is not intelligence, self-awareness, or effort…

…but an actual framework for understanding how healthy relationships function and how to identify compatibility before repeating painful relational patterns.

That realization is what led me to create this course.

I wanted to teach the psychological frameworks we should have learned years ago — attachment theory, unconscious relational patterns, trauma bonding, compatibility, repetition compulsion — but I knew theory alone would never be enough.

So I paired psychology with literature, storytelling, and relational case studies so you can not only intellectually understand unhealthy love…

…but emotionally, visually, and experientially begin recognizing the difference between what feels familiar and what is actually healthy.

Because many of us are navigating adulthood having never truly witnessed secure, peaceful love modeled in front of us.

And if no one taught us the framework…

then we deserve the opportunity to finally learn the skillset.

I don’t teach love from a textbook. I teach it from the intersection of psychology, literature (including poetry), and lived experience—the place where intellect meets instinct and desire meets discernment.
