When You’re Done Mistaking Overgiving for Intimacy and Chaos for Connection
IS COACHING RIGHT FOR ME?
You know what it’s like to love with your whole heart—and lose yourself in the process. To give, and give, and hold space for everyone…until there’s nothing left for you.
That kind of love might feel intoxicating, but it’s not sustainable. It’s a survival pattern, one your body learned long before your mind could understand it.
In private coaching, I’ll help you learn how to choose differently, and start:
⬥ Protecting your peace (even if it means losing people)
⬥ Choosing partners who actually show up for you
⬥ Believing, deep down, that you’re worthy of healthy love
Together, we’ll move beyond awareness into embodiment, so you stop confusing anxiety with love and quit overgiving just to be chosen.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
⟢ You’ve done therapy or self-work but want a more embodied, action-oriented approach.
⟢ You tend to lose yourself in relationships or attract emotionally unavailable partners.
⟢ You crave healthy love—but struggle to feel safe when you find it.
⟢ You’re ready to stop performing for love and start receiving it with ease and self-respect.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO KEEP LOSING YOURSELF TO BE LOVED
in Williamsburg, Brooklyn
This is where safety becomes sexy, and love stops feeling like survival.
You may know the relationship isn't giving you what you need, yet you can't seem to stop thinking about them.
You replay conversations. Check your phone. Analyze their behavior. Fantasize about what could happen. Feel euphoric when they move toward you and devastated when they pull away.
You may relate to obsessive love or limerence if you:
Think about a romantic partner or potential partner constantly
Feel emotionally dependent on their attention or availability
Experience anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or intense distress when they withdraw
Stay attached to relationships that are unhealthy or incompatible
Struggle to focus on your work, friendships, or other areas of life
Feel caught between knowing you should let go and being unable to detach
Why Does the Attachment Feel So Powerful?
Obsessive attachment can develop through a combination of attachment wounds, relational trauma, unresolved grief, emotional patterns, and intermittent reinforcement.
For some people, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism, or difficulties with emotional regulation can further intensify rumination, hyperfocus, reassurance-seeking, difficulty tolerating uncertainty, or difficulty shifting attention away from a romantic interest.
When connection is inconsistent, the unpredictability itself can become reinforcing. Moments of closeness create relief and reward, while distance activates longing, anxiety, and renewed pursuit.
The result can feel like an irresistible attachment to someone who may not actually be capable of offering the relationship you want.
The Work Is Deeper Than "Moving On"
We look at what the attachment is doing psychologically and what you may be seeking through this person.
You may not simply be longing for them.
You may be longing to feel chosen, desirable, safe, special, understood, or enough.
Together, we work to:
Understand the roots of your attachment
Interrupt rumination and compulsive relational behaviors
Separate fantasy from the relationship that actually exists
Regulate the anxiety beneath the obsession
Reclaim your attention, identity, and sense of self
Develop a more secure relationship with yourself and others
Learn to recognize and choose reciprocal love
You don't have to become someone who doesn't feel deeply.
You can learn to love deeply without losing yourself inside the person you love.
