TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement," or "Terms and Conditions") govern your purchase and participation in Aligned Love: From Obsession to Secure Connection ("Aligned Love," the "Program," or the "Program Services"), offered by Liminality, LLC, DBA LIMINALITY COACH ("Liminality," "we," "us," or "our").
By enrolling in or purchasing Aligned Love, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Aligned Love is a coaching and educational program focused on relationships, limerence, obsessive love, attachment patterns, emotional awareness, relationship decision-making, boundaries, and personal development.
Depending on the package purchased, the Program may include educational modules, recorded lessons, worksheets, exercises, coaching sessions, group coaching, community access, accountability, and other resources described at the time of enrollment.
The specific services included in your purchase are those identified on the applicable sales page, enrollment materials, checkout page, or written agreement provided to you at the time of purchase.
2. COACHING IS NOT PSYCHOTHERAPY
Aligned Love is a coaching and educational program. It is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.
Participation in Aligned Love does not establish a psychotherapist-client relationship or healthcare-provider relationship between you and Liminality, LLC, DBA LIMINALITY COACH, or any Aligned Love coach.
Although the Program may discuss concepts relating to attachment, trauma, limerence, obsessive thinking, emotional regulation, relationships, and psychology, these concepts are presented for educational and coaching purposes.
The Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health disorder, medical condition, or psychiatric condition.
If you are seeking diagnosis or treatment for a mental health or medical condition, you should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, are in immediate danger, or believe you may harm yourself or another person, you should contact emergency services, a crisis service, or an appropriate healthcare professional rather than relying on Aligned Love.
3. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY AND SUITABILITY
You are responsible for determining whether coaching is appropriate for you.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a coaching program and are responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, and well-being.
You agree to communicate honestly with your coach regarding circumstances that may materially affect your ability to participate safely and appropriately in coaching.
If the coach determines that your needs fall outside the appropriate scope of coaching, Liminality, LLC, DBA LIMINALITY COACH may recommend that you seek additional or alternative professional support.
Liminality reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate coaching services when, in its reasonable judgment, coaching is no longer appropriate or when continued participation may be unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of the Program.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Liminality does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, psychological, or relationship outcome.
The Program does not guarantee that you will:
Stop experiencing limerence;
Stop thinking about a particular person;
Stop experiencing obsessive thoughts or feelings;
Reconcile with a romantic partner;
End a romantic relationship;
Find a romantic partner;
Develop a particular attachment style;
Become "securely attached" within a particular period;
Heal a particular emotional wound;
Make a particular relationship decision; or
Achieve any other specific result.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your circumstances, participation, effort, decisions, history, relationships, and factors outside Liminality's control.
Testimonials and examples of participant experiences are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees or promises of similar results.
5. PERSONAL AND RELATIONSHIP DECISION-MAKING
Aligned Love may help you examine relationship patterns, compatibility, attachment dynamics, fantasies, behaviors, boundaries, values, and personal goals.
However, you remain solely responsible for decisions regarding your relationships and personal life.
Liminality does not make decisions for you about whether to pursue, remain in, leave, reconcile with, contact, or disengage from another person.
You understand that Aligned Love does not guarantee that a particular relationship is healthy, unhealthy, compatible, incompatible, salvageable, or destined to succeed or fail.
6. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive environment.
You agree to:
Treat coaches, facilitators, staff, and other participants respectfully;
Participate in good faith;
Respect the privacy of other participants;
Follow Program and community guidelines;
Refrain from harassment, threats, bullying, discrimination, stalking, or abusive conduct;
Refrain from disrupting coaching sessions or community spaces;
Respect reasonable boundaries established by coaches and Program staff; and
Use Program resources only for their intended purpose.
Liminality reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Program, coaching sessions, community, or other Program Services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is disruptive, threatening, abusive, inappropriate, or materially interferes with the Program or other participants.
Termination due to misconduct does not automatically release you from outstanding payment obligations.
7. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy and expect participants to respect the privacy of others.
You agree that information shared by other participants in group sessions, community spaces, coaching environments, or other Program settings should be treated as confidential.
You agree not to:
Share another participant's personal information without permission;
Publish or distribute another participant's statements or experiences;
Screenshot or record group discussions for distribution outside the Program;
Identify or attempt to identify anonymous participants;
Use another participant's information to contact, monitor, pursue, harass, or otherwise interact with them outside the Program without their consent; or
Share confidential Program discussions on social media or other public platforms.
You remain free to discuss your own experiences and results from Aligned Love, provided that doing so does not disclose another participant's confidential information.
Important limitation regarding group confidentiality
Liminality will take reasonable steps to protect participant privacy; however, we cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants.
When participating in a group coaching environment, you understand that information you voluntarily disclose may be heard by other participants.
You should exercise discretion when deciding what personal information to share in group settings.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials are owned by or licensed to Liminality, LLC, DBA LIMINALITY COACH, unless otherwise indicated.
This includes, without limitation:
Videos;
Audio recordings;
Worksheets;
Workbooks;
Exercises;
Presentations;
Written materials;
Curriculum;
Coaching frameworks;
Protocols;
Assessments;
Community materials;
Recorded lessons;
Program names and branding; and
Proprietary concepts and methodologies.
This includes proprietary Aligned Love frameworks such as the Withdrawal Reversal Protocol, Fantasy Reversal Protocol, Compatibility Map, Red Flag Decoder, Nervous System Repatterning, and Safety Anchor Ritual, whether presented individually or as part of the Program curriculum.
Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program materials for your own personal educational purposes.
You may not, without written permission from Liminality:
Copy or reproduce Program materials;
Sell or distribute Program materials;
Publish Program materials;
Teach the Program to others;
Create a substantially similar course or program based on Program materials;
Record or reproduce coaching sessions;
Share login credentials;
Allow another person to access your purchased Program;
Upload Program materials to another platform for redistribution; or
Use Program materials for commercial purposes.
Purchasing Aligned Love does not transfer ownership of the Program's intellectual property to you.
9. PROGRAM ACCESS
Program access is provided for the period specified in your enrollment materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to the Program is personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred to another person.
Liminality may modify the Program platform, curriculum, scheduling, coaches, community structure, or other Program components when reasonably necessary.
If a particular platform or technology used by the Program becomes unavailable, Liminality may provide an alternative method of delivering substantially similar Program content or services where reasonably possible.
10. MISSED SESSIONS AND LIVE EVENTS
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions, group sessions, calls, and other live events.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Missed sessions do not automatically qualify for refunds;
Missed live events do not automatically roll over;
Unused sessions or events do not accumulate indefinitely;
Participants are responsible for keeping track of scheduled sessions; and
Liminality may establish reasonable cancellation and rescheduling policies for individual coaching sessions.
Specific cancellation or rescheduling requirements communicated to participants are incorporated into these Terms.
11. OFFER AND PAYMENT TERMS
The Program may be offered through different packages, payment plans, or enrollment options.
The applicable price, payment schedule, Program duration, and included services will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Payment options may include:
Payment in full: $2,297
Installment payment plans; and
Third-party financing, when available.
By selecting an installment payment plan, you agree to pay the total amount associated with the package you selected according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.
An installment plan is a payment method for the Program purchase and is not necessarily a month-to-month subscription.
Failure to participate in the Program, failure to complete Program materials, or a decision to stop using the Program does not automatically cancel outstanding installment payments.
12. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND PAUSES
Unless a separate written refund policy is expressly provided at the time of purchase, all Program purchases are final and non-refundable once enrollment is completed.
You understand that the Program may provide immediate access to digital materials, curriculum, coaching resources, community access, or reserved coaching capacity.
Accordingly, failure to use some or all of the Program does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Payment plans are not automatically canceled because you stop participating.
Requests for pauses, deferrals, transfers, or other modifications to participation may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Liminality's discretion unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to in writing.
Any approved modification must be confirmed by Liminality in writing.
13. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Aligned Love does not automatically renew unless the specific product or enrollment option you purchase expressly states that it is recurring.
If you purchase a recurring product or membership, the applicable renewal terms, renewal frequency, price, and cancellation procedure will be disclosed before purchase.
14. THIRD-PARTY FINANCING
Liminality may make third-party financing options available.
If you choose financing:
Your financing agreement is between you and the applicable financing provider;
Liminality is not a party to that financing agreement;
Liminality does not control the financing provider's approval decisions or terms;
You are responsible for complying with all financing terms;
Liminality is not responsible for interest, late fees, penalties, or other financing obligations; and
Financing approval does not alter the refund or cancellation terms applicable to your Program purchase.
Any dispute regarding financing should be directed to the applicable financing provider.
15. TESTIMONIALS AND PARTICIPANT FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, statement, or other feedback regarding Aligned Love, Liminality may use that content for legitimate business and promotional purposes, subject to any separate consent or release that may be required.
Liminality will not intentionally misrepresent your experience or results.
Testimonials are individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.
16. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Liminality makes no representations or warranties regarding any specific outcome from participation in Aligned Love.
The Program is provided for educational and coaching purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Liminality, its owners, coaches, contractors, facilitators, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or relating to participation in the Program, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Information provided through Aligned Love is for educational and coaching purposes.
Aligned Love does not provide legal, medical, psychiatric, financial, tax, or other specialized professional advice through the Program.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional when you need individualized professional advice.
18. TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Aligned Love may use third-party platforms for payment processing, video conferencing, scheduling, email, community access, digital content, or other Program functions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be governed by their separate terms and privacy policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
19. TERMINATION
Liminality may suspend or terminate your Program access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse Program materials, compromise participant privacy or safety, engage in abusive or disruptive conduct, or otherwise interfere with the Program.
Termination due to a violation of these Terms does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations.
If Liminality terminates the Program itself for reasons unrelated to your conduct, any applicable remedy will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.
20. FORCE MAJEURE
Liminality shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public-health emergencies, internet or technology outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, Liminality may reschedule affected services or provide an alternative means of access.
21. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM OR TERMS
Liminality may reasonably modify Program content, curriculum, scheduling, platforms, coaches, community features, or other Program components.
We may also update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted or otherwise communicated as appropriate.
Your continued participation after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Any provision determined to be invalid or unenforceable shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable enrollment agreement, checkout terms, refund policy, privacy policy, and any other written agreements expressly incorporated into your purchase, constitute the agreement between you and Liminality, LLC, DBA LIMINALITY COACH regarding your participation in Aligned Love.
If a specific written agreement provided to you at enrollment conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
By purchasing or enrolling in Aligned Love, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
